1. הגדרות
בחוק זה –
”בן משפחה“ – בן זוג, ילד קטין או כל קרוב שפרנסתו על ראש הרשות;
”רשות מקומית“ – עיריה או מועצה מקומית;
”ראש רשות“ – ראש רשות מקומית;
”השופט“ – שופט בדימוס של בית המשפט העליון או בית המשפט המחוזי שקבע נשיא בית המשפט העליון.
