Section 2 of חוק ראש הרשות המקומית וסגניו (הצהרת הון), התשנ״ד–1993, הצהרה.
2. הצהרה
(א)תוך שישים ימים מיום היבחרו לראש רשות, יגיש ראש הרשות לשופט על גבי טופס שקבע השופט הצהרה שבה הפרטים הבאים:
(1)ההון, הנכסים, הזכויות, ההתחייבויות והחובות שיש לראש הרשות ולבני משפחתו; בהצהרה יצויין ערך הנכסים בעת רכישתם;
(2)מקורות ההכנסה של ראש הרשות ובני משפחתו וסכומי הכנסה מכל מקור נוסף.
(ב)ראש רשות יחזור ויגיש הצהרה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) כל אימת שחל לדעתו שינוי משמעותי בתוכן הצהרתו וכן תוך שישים ימים לאחר סיום כהונתו כראש רשות.
