6. השבת תשלום
המוסד יהיה רשאי להורות לקופת הגמל או לבנק להשיב לו מהחיסכון הצבור הכולל תשלומים שהופקדו על ידו בשל תשלום גמלה לפי סימן ה׳ בפרק ד׳ לחוק, בטעות או שלא כדין, לאחר שנשלחה הודעה להורה וחלפו 30 ימים מיום משלוח ההודעה כאמור, ויחול לעניין זה סעיף 315(3) לחוק.
