23. תקציב הקרן ועדכונו
תקציב הקרן ייקבע בתכנית נפרדת בסעיף תקציב משרד הפנים בחוק התקציב השנתי ויעודכן מדי שנה ב־60% משיעור העדכון כהגדרתו בסעיף 7 לחוק הסדרים במשק המדינה (תיקוני חקיקה להשגת יעדי התקציב), התשנ״ג–1992; בסעיף זה, ”תכנית“ ו”סעיף תקציב“ – כהגדרתם בחוק תקציב שנתי, כמשמעותו בחוק יסודות התקציב, התשמ״ה–1985.
