10. התנאים לרישום בפנקס במדור השתלמות מוכרת
זכאי להרשם בפנקס במדור השתלמות מוכרת מי שנתקיימו בו כל אלה:
(1)הוא רשום בפנקס במדור אחות מוסמכת או אחות מעשית;
(2)סיים השתלמות מוכרת בנושא, במשך זמן ובמקום שהכירה בהם האחות הראשית, הכל בהתאם לתכנית לימודים שקבע האגף;
(3)הוא עמד בבחינות ממשלתיות שערך האגף ובמתכונת שקבע.
