9. תנאים לרישום בפנקס במדור מיילדת
בעל הכשרה מקצועית לשם רישום בפנקס במדור מיילדת הוא מי שנתקיימו בו כל אלה:
(1)הוא רשום בפנקס במדור אחות מוסמכת;
(2)הוא סיים קורס מיילדות במוסד שהכירה בו האחות הראשית, ובהתאם לתכנית לימודים שקבע האגף;
(3)הוא עמד בבחינות ממשלתיות למיילדות שערך האגף.
