מורשה לעסוק בסיעוד שסיים השתלמות מוכרת כאמור בתקנה 10 שהכיר בה המנהל, והרשום בפנקס במדור השתלמות מוכרת לפי תקנות אלה, פטור מהוראות פקודת הרופאים [נוסח חדש], התשל״ז–1976, לגבי פעולות או שירותים רפואיים שלמד בהשתלמות המוכרת.
