2. ניהול הפנקס
(א)האחות הראשית הארצית במשרד הבריאות (להלן – האחות הראשית) תנהל את הפנקס; צורת הפנקס ופרטי הרישום בו ייקבעו בידי האחות הראשית.
(ב)בפנקס יהיו מדורים אלה:
(1)מדור אחות מוסמכת
(2)מדור אחות מעשית
(3)מדור מיילדת
(4)מדור מטפלת
(5)מדור השתלמות מוכרת.
