3. יחוד המקצוע ותחומי העיסוק
לא יעסוק אדם ולא יועסק בסיעוד או ביילוד בבית חולים אלא אם כן הוא מורשה לעסוק בסיעוד או מיילדת, או הוא בעל היתר זמני לפי תקנה 15, והוא עוסק בסיעוד או ביילוד בהתאם למדור בו הוא רשום.
