5א. תחולה על גופים ציבוריים
תיקון: תשס״ב
(א)תקנות אלה יחולו, בשינויים המחויבים, גם על עובדי גופים ציבוריים אחרים שהחוק חל עליהם, כאמור בסעיף 4 לחוק.
(ב)הוראות תקנה 5 יחולו גם על גוף ציבורי כמשמעו בסעיף 4 לחוק, ואולם תמורת המתנה שנמסרה על ידי גוף ציבורי כאמור אשר נמכרה על ידי האפוטרופוס הכללי תועבר לאותו גוף בניכוי הוצאות המכירה.
