15. אחריות מנהלים
נעברה עבירה לפי חוק זה בידי תאגיד, יואשם בעבירה גם כל אדם אשר בשעת ביצוע העבירה היה מנהל פעיל, שותף – למעט שותף מוגבל – או פקיד באותו תאגיד ואחראי לענין הנדון, אם לא הוכיח שהעבירה נעברה שלא בידיעתו ושנקט כל האמצעים הסבירים להבטחת שמירתו של חוק זה.
