15א. התיישנות אזרחית ופלילית – מעסיק בפועל
תיקון: תשס״ב
(א)לענין חוק ההתיישנות, יראו את היום שבו קבלן כוח אדם הפר את חובתו לשלם את שכר המינימום, כיום שבו נולדה עילת התובענה נגד המעסיק בפועל, לפי סעיף 6א.
(ב)לענין סעיף 9 לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי, יראו את היום שבו קבלן כוח אדם ביצע עבירה לפי סעיף 14, כיום ביצוע העבירה בידי המעסיק בפועל לפי סעיף 14א.
