Section 21 of חוק שכר מינימום, התשמ״ז–1987, הוראת שעה.
21. הוראת שעה
(א)על אף האמור בהגדרת ”שכר מינימום“ שבסעיף 1 יהיה שכר המינימום –
(1)ביום תחילתו של חוק זה – סכום של 525 שקלים חדשים;
(2)ביום ח׳ בתשרי התשמ״ח (1 באוקטובר 1987) – סכום של 551 שקלים חדשים; הוראה זו אינה באה לגרוע מהוראות סעיף 4.
(ב)הוראות סעיף 10 יחולו גם לגבי השינוי בשכר המינימום שיחול לפי סעיף קטן (א)(2).
