3. חובת ציון פרטים
בכל ספר היוצא לאור בישראל יצוינו, בתחילתו או בסופו, השנה שבה הוצא לאור, שנת ההדפסה, שמם ומענם של המדפיס והמוציא לאור או המפיק וכן כי הוצאו לאור בישראל; בסרט ובתקליט יצוינו הפרטים האמורים בגוף הסרט או התקליט, באופן הנראה לעין, וכן על גבי האריזה.
