על אף האמור בכל דין, לצורך הזכות לרשת נכס של נספה השואה לשם קבלתו לפי חוק זה, יחול על עיזבונו של נספה השואה דין הירושה שהיה חל עליו אילו היה נתין ישראלי כמשמעותו בפקודת הירושה.
