תיקון: תשע״ב־2
על אף הוראות סעיף 68, לעניין מתן צו ירושה לגבי נכס של נספה השואה, בסעיף 6 בתוספת השנייה לפקודת הירושה, המילים ”ואולם אם הניח המוריש בנים או בני בנים, והוריו או אחד מהם עודם בחיים, נותנים להם או לאחד מהם שישית מן הירושה“ – לא ייקראו.
