84. מינויים ראשונים ורישום החברה
(א)השר ימנה את יושב ראש הוועדה הממנה בתוך שלושים ימים מיום התחילה.
(ב)יושב ראש הוועדה הממנה ימנה את חברי הוועדה הממנה בתוך ארבעה עשר ימים ממועד מינויו.
(ג)הוועדה הממנה תמנה דירקטור ראשון לחברה בתוך שלושים ימים ממועד מינוי חברי הוועדה הממנה.
(ד)החברה תירשם בתוך שבעה ימים ממועד מינוי הדירקטור הראשון.
