28. תכנית עבודה של המבקר הפנימי
על אף האמור בסעיף 7(א) לחוק הביקורת הפנימית, המבקר הפנימי יגיש לוועדת הביקורת הצעה לתכנית עבודה שנתית או תקופתית, לצורך בחינתה לפי הוראות סעיף 23(ב)(3); ועדת הביקורת תגיש את תכנית העבודה לאישור המועצה בצירוף הערותיה והמלצותיה והמועצה תאשרה בשינויים הנראים לה.
