109. תקנות ונהלים ראשונים
(א)נוהל ראשון לפי סעיף 31(ח) ייקבע בתוך שישה חודשים מיום התחילה.
(ב)תקנות ראשונות לפי סעיפים 16, 17, 19(ד)(1) ו־65(א)(1) יובאו לאישור הוועדה עד יום התחילה.
