110. מינוי מועצה ראשונה
(א)מועצה ראשונה לפי סעיף 34 תמונה עד יום התחילה, והיא תהיה רשאית להתכנס מעת שהתמנו שני שלישים מחבריה.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף 105(ג), התקנת תקנות ראשונות לפי סעיף 109(ב) אינה טעונה התייעצות עם המועצה.
