10. התקנת צופר
בלי לגרוע מכל הוראה אחרת שבתקנות אלה, רשאי מפקד הג״א מחוזי להורות לבעל מפעל מוסדר להתקין במפעלו צופר ומיתקן להפעלתו, לחברם למקור כוח ולרכזת הפעלה ולהחזיקם בכל עת במצב תקין וראוי לשימוש, ובעל מפעל מוסדר שקיבל הוראה כאמור חייב לקיימה במועד שנקבע בה.
