11. ציוד אישי לעובדי מפעל מוסדר
היה ראש הג״א סבור כי צרכי ההתגוננות האזרחית מצדיקים זאת, רשאי הוא להורות לבעל מפעל מוסדר פלוני לצייד את עובדיו, כולם או חלק מהם, בציוד אישי לצרכי התגוננות אזרחית, מסוגים ובכמויות שיקבע בהוראה, ומשהורה כך חייב בעל המפעל המוסדר למלא אחר ההוראה במועד שנקבע בה.
