116. יש לעצור את האניה בתחנת המעלה הנכונה
אניה כשהיא מפליגה מנמל, חייב קברניטה, אם נדרש לכך, לעצרה בתחנת המעלה שנקבעה לאותו נמל, ולהקל בכל אמצעי סביר את עלייתו של פקיד־המכס על האניה [צ״ל: אל האניה], וכל זמן שפקיד־המכס נמצא באניה במילוי תפקידו לא יפליג הקברניט באנייתו מהנמל בלי הסכמתו.
