117. הקברניט חייב הסבר על טובין חסרים
קברניט של אניה לאחר מפדה חייב –
(1)להגיש את תעודת המפדה, אם נדרש לכך על ידי פקיד־מכס;
(2)ליתן הסבר, להנחת דעתו של גובה המכס, על טובין שפורטו או שאוזכרו במצהר־היציאה ואינם מצויים באניה.
