134. סמכות המנהל להתקין תקנות לצורך הערכה
תיקון: תשנ״ח
(א)המנהל רשאי להתקין תקנות להפעלת הסעיפים 129 עד 133ט, וביחוד כדי לחייב כל אדם הקשור ביבוא טובין לישראל לספק למנהל, בצורה שידרוש, כל ידיעה הנחוצה לדעתו, בשביל הערכה נכונה של הטובין וכן פנקסי חשבונות וכל תעודה אחרת המתייחסים לקניית הטובין, ייבּואם או מכירתם על ידי אותו אדם.
פורסמו תקנות המכס (הערכת טובין), תשל״א–1970.
(ב)העובר על תקנה שהותקנה על פי סעיף זה, דינו – קנס מאה לירות על כל עבירה.
