תיקון: תשכ״א
שר האוצר רשאי להתקין תקנות לביצוע הישבון לפי פרק זה ולהבטחת הכנסות המדינה, לרבות תקנות המסמיכות פקיד מכס לדרוש מכל אדם הנוגע בדבר למסור לו כל ידיעה הדרושה למנהל, כדי לקבוע אם שולם מכס על הטובין שעליהם הוגשה התביעה או אם נדחה תשלומו וכי יגיש לו פנקסי חשבונות או כל תעודה אחרת בנוגע לאותם טובין.
