תיקון: תשכ״א
העובר על תקנה שהותקנה לפי פרק זה, דינו – קנס 1000 לירות על כל עבירה או פי שלושה מסכום ההכנסה שנמנעה או עלולה היתה להימנע מאוצר המדינה כתוצאה מהעבירה, הכל לפי הסכום הגבוה יותר.
