200ו. עיכוב טובין לבקרה של הממונה על התקינה
תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
בלי לגרוע מהוראות סעיף 200א, נודע למנהל כי הממונה על התקינה החליט לבצע בדיקה מדגמית של טובין או של תיק מוצר, כאמור בסעיף 2טו(א1) לפקודת היבוא והיצוא, יורה המנהל על עיכוב של שחרור הטובין עד למתן החלטת הממונה על התקינה לפי סעיף 2טו(א2) או (א3) או 2טז1(ג)(2)(ה) לפקודה האמורה; בסעיף זה, ”טובין“, ”הממונה על התקינה“ ו”תיק מוצר“ – כהגדרתם בסעיף 2א(א) לפקודת היבוא והיצוא.
