202. קנס בשל התנהגות רעה
פקיד־מכס שמשכורתו השנתית בלי הקצוּבּוֹת היא פחותה מ־300 לירות, רשאי המנהל להטיל עליו בשל רשלנות, התנהגות רעה, איחור או הפרת משמעת קנס שלא יעלה על שכר שלושה ימים.
