209. יריה אל כלי שיט של רשות־המכס וכו׳
אלה דינם מאסר חמש עשרה שנה:
(1)היורה אל כלי שיט שבשירות רשות־המכס;
(2)היורה אל פקיד־מכס בשעת מילוי תפקידו;
(3)הפוצע פקיד־מכס או מטיל בו מום בשעת מילוי תפקידו.
