213. גיבוי קנס
כל קנס שהטיל בית משפט באישום מכס, או שהטיל המנהל לפי הוראות סעיף 231, יראוהו כקנס שהוטל במשפט פלילי ויהא ניתן לגיבוי בעיקולם ובמכירתם של מקרקעין או של מטלטלין.
