47. חובת אניה להיענות לקריאה
נכנסה אניה למימי חופין של ישראל, חייב הקברניט שלה לעצור אותה כדי לאפשר את העליה אליה, כל אימת שכלי שיט שבשירות רָשות־המכס המניף דגל המכס, או כלי שיט שבשירות המדינה המניף נס ודגלון מתאימים, התקרב אליו או קרא לו או איתת לו.
