48. חובת אניה לעצור בתחנת מעלֶה
קברניט של אניה הבאה מחוץ לארץ ופניה מועדות לאחד מנמלי ישראל או שהיא סרה אליו, חייב לעצור את אנייתו בתחנת מעלֶה שנקבעה לאותו נמל, על מנת לאפשר את העליה אליה.
