87. טיפול בטובין כשהם במחסן
גובה המכס יכול להרשות לבעל טובין מוחסנים או למי שבידו השליטה עליהם, למיינם, להפרידם, לארזם ולשוב ולארזם, ולעשות בהם כל השינויים, הסידורים והמיונים החוקיים הדרושים לשמירתם או להכשרתם למכירה, למשלוח ולכל עשיה חוקית בהם, ויכול הוא גם להרשות שחלק מן הטובים [צ״ל: טובין] שהופרד כאמור ושאיננו שווה במכס החל עליו, יושמד ללא תשלום מכס עליו.
