138. כלי קיבול
(א)כלי הקיבול להעברת ביטומן יהיו מאיכות טובה, במצב תקין ומתאימים למטרתם.
(ב)כלי הקיבול ימולאו לכל היותר עד כדי שלושת רבעי תכולתם.
