139. אמצעים למניעת נפילה
קיימת סכנה של נפילת אדם מגג מחמת השיפוע, טיב השטח או מזג האויר, לא יועסק עליו אדם אלא אם כן ננקטו אמצעים נאותים למניעת נפילתו מהגג.
