2. תחולה
תיקון: תשפ״ה־3
(א)בקשה להיתר לגבי סוגי בניינים, עבודות ושימושים המפורטים בחלק ב׳, תידון בהליך רישוי בדרך מקוצרת.
(ב)על הליך הרישוי בדרך מקוצרת יחולו הוראות תקנות רישוי הבנייה, בשינויים המפורטים בתקנות אלה.
(ג)הוראות חלק ז׳, חלק ח׳ סימן א׳ וחלק ט׳ לתקנות רישוי הבנייה לא יחולו על העבודות המפורטות בתקנות אלה, למעט עבודות לפי תקנות 40א, 41, 42 ו־45.
