6. צרופות לבקשה למידע
תיקון: תשפ״ב־2
(א)על אף האמור בתקנה 5(א), לבקשה למידע להיתר לעבודות המפורטות בתקנות 28, 31, 33 ו־36 עד 38 רשאי מבקש המידע לצרף תרשים מיתאר במקום מפת מדידה.
(ב)על גבי מפת המדידה או התרשים המיתאר יסומן מיקום העבודה המבוקשת.
