העובר על הוראה מהוראות תקנות אלה, דינו – מאסר שישה חודשים, או קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(1) לחוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977.
(הוראת שעה מיום 16.10.2026 ועד יום 15.10.2028): העובר על הוראה מהוראות תקנות אלה, למעט הוראות תקנה 3א(ה), דינו – מאסר שישה חודשים, או קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(1) לחוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977.
