54. ביצוע, תקנות ושינוי התוספת הראשונה
תיקון: תשע״ח
(א)השר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי, בהתייעצות עם השר לאזרחים ותיקים, להתקין תקנות בכל הנוגע לביצועו, לרבות הטלת אגרה על מבקש רישיון בעד הגשת בקשה לקבלת רישיון הפעלה לפי סעיף 3 ואגרה שנתית על בעל רישיון הפעלה.
(ב)השר, לאחר התייעצות עם השר לאזרחים ותיקים ובאישור ועדת העבודה הרווחה והבריאות של הכנסת, רשאי, בצו, לשנות את התוספת הראשונה.
