9. העברת רישיון
רישיון הפעלה, לרבות זכות מהזכויות המוקנות בו, אינו ניתן להעברה, אלא אם כן ניתן לכך אישור מראש ובכתב מאת הממונה ובתנאים שקבע; אישור כאמור יינתן אם שוכנע הממונה שמתקיימים בנעבר כל התנאים הנדרשים למתן רישיון הפעלה.
