12. הרחקת מפר הוראות
תיקון: תשס״ד
קצין הכנסת, איש משמר הכנסת או סדרן רשאים להרחיק אדם ממשכן הכנסת והרחבה אם לא ציית להוראות שניתנו כדין, או הפר את הסדר במשכן או ברחבה, או שקיים יסוד סביר לחשוד שהוא עלול להפר את הסדר בהם, או שנכנס למקום שהכניסה אליו לא הותרה לו.
