12א. סמכות לדרוש הזדהות והצגת מסמכים
תיקון: תשס״ד
אדם מוסמך רשאי לדרוש מכל מי שמבקש להיכנס למשכן הכנסת או לרחבה או הנמצא בהם, למסור לו את שמו ומענו ולהציג לפניו תעודת זהות או תעודה רשמית אחרת המעידה על זהותו, וכן היתר כניסה לפי הוראות חוק זה.
