16ג. סמכות לצורך הכוונת תנועת רכב
תיקון: תשנ״ט
לצורך הכוונת תנועת רכב, חנייתו או עצירתו ברחבת הכנסת, תהיה לקצין הכנסת או לאיש משמר הכנסת שקצין הכנסת הסמיכו לכך לאחר שקיבל הכשרה מתאימה, כל סמכות הנתונה לפי כל דין לשוטר.
