16ב. הסדרת התנועה
תיקון: תשנ״ט
קצין הכנסת, או מי שיושב ראש הכנסת הסמיכו לכך, רשאי לקבוע את הסדרי התנועה והחניה ברחבת הכנסת לפי פקודת התעבורה, ולשם כך יהיו לו כל הסמכויות הנתונות לפי הפקודה האמורה למפקח על התעבורה, לקצין משטרה ולרשויות התימרור.
