30. אצילת סמכויות
תיקון: תשנ״ה, תשס״ד
(א)יושב־ראש הכנסת רשאי לאצול בכתב לסגן יושב־ראש הכנסת את סמכויותיו לפי סעיפים 3(ב), 4, 6 ו־7 אם דרך כלל ואם לענין מסויים ואם לשעה.
(ב)(בוטל).
