7. אחריות מנהל בית חולים
מנהל בית חולים ידאג כי רופאים מומחים בתחומי מומחיות רפואית המפורטים בתוספת השניה, המועסקים בבית החולים, יוכשרו ויוסמכו לקביעת מוות מוחי–נשימתי בהתאם להוראות לפי חוק זה.
