59. הוראת מעבר לענין רישיון מנהל נמל והסמכה כתאגיד מורשה
מי שערב יום התחילה פעל בתחום נמל מכוח התקשרות עם רשות הנמלים (בסעיף זה – ההתקשרות), רשאי להמשיך לפעול בהתאם להתקשרות, כל עוד היא בתוקף, אף אם לא קיבל רישיון מאת מנהל נמל לפי סעיף 11 לפקודת הנמלים או הסמכה לפי חוק זה, לפי הענין; ניתנו למי שפעל כאמור, לאחר יום התחילה, רישיון או הסמכה כאמור, יחולו הוראותיהם נוסף על הוראות ההתקשרות, ובמקרה של סתירה יגברו הוראות הרישיון או ההסמכה, לפי הענין.
