18. עבירות משמעת
מורשה להיפנוט אשם בעבירת משמעת באחת מאלה:
(1)התנהג בדרך שאינה הולמת מורשה להיפנוט;
(2)השיג את הרשאתו במצג שוא;
(3)גילה חוסר יכולת, חוסר אחריות או רשלנות חמורה במילוי תפקידו כמורשה להיפנוט;
(4)הפר הוראה של חוק זה או תקנות לפיו;
(5)הורשע בעבירה שיש בה כדי להראות שהוא חסר האחריות הדרושה ממורשה להיפנוט.
