2. ייחוד העיסוק בהיפנוזה
(א)לא יהפנט אדם את זולתו אלא אם כן הוא מורשה להיפנוט, ולפי תנאי ההרשאה.
(ב)מי שאינו מורשה להיפנוט לא יתחזה, במפורש או מכללא, כעוסק בהיפנוט או כמוכן לעסוק בהיפנוט.
